Candidate Sourcing Support Services

 

This service we offer is an alternative to a retained search and is candidate sourcing only.

This four-step process includes:

             Step 1: Draft Job Posting and Set Recruiting Strategy

             Step 2: Post Job Posting

             Step 3: Draft Written Screening Questions Based on Position and Gain Approval

             Step 4: Accept Applications and Conduct Ongoing Screening

As we observe what we believe are qualified resumes that come in, we would forward those applications to your appointed contact at the credit union and allow you to complete the remainder of the screening process. We would guarantee to advance to you at least 8 resumes of candidates that we feel match your profile (with more candidates the longer the posting is active). 

There would be no placement guarantee for this service; however, if you were to decide to convert this sourcing into a full search at any time during the process, we will credit the amount paid from this service to a full search fee.
